Garris

Location: Eastern Coast of Etouria

Garris is the newest city on Etouria, though it is already a flourishing one. Dealing mostly in spices, they are also known to be free and loose with how they trade, and are the ones who are most able to get anything, and everything, that you might not find out in the open in the other cities.

Garris is almost always in open war with Halcyon, despite of, and actually because of, their close relation to the monarchy there. Garris does not recognize Tharan's neutrality, and considers the city a part of Halcyon, which makes them enemies during times of war.

This city is not currently playable, though it is being built and will be in game sometime in the near future. For purposes of writing backgrounds, it is perfectly fine to say that your character comes from Garris.
